Toepassing van frequentieomvormers in textielfabrieken
Op het spinnekader regelt de frequentiekonverter de rotatiesnelheid van de spindels nauwkeurig om zich aan te passen aan de productiebehoeften van verschillende soorten garens,en tegelijkertijd energiebesparingen kunnen bereiken. In het ronddraaiende frame kan de frequentiekonverter de snelheid van de rollen en andere onderdelen aanpassen om de uniformiteit en kwaliteit van het garen te waarborgen.   Op de weefgetouw regelt het de snelheid van de warp- en weefgetouwen om te voldoen aan de behoeften van verschillende weefsels en weefprocessen. Het bereiken van een snelle start-stop en een soepele overgang van de snelheid om problemen zoals garenscheuringen te verminderen.   Stel de snelheid van de transmissie rollen in de druk- en verfmachine aan om de uniformiteit en stabiliteit van het weefsel tijdens het druk- en verfproces te waarborgen. Controleer de pompuitrusting om de nauwkeurige afgifte van de kleurstofvloeistof te realiseren.   Het ventilatorvermogen moet worden aangepast om het toevoer- en uitlaatluchtvolume redelijkerwijs te regelen, afhankelijk van de temperatuur, vochtigheid en andere behoeften in de werkplaats.   Er moet een constante spanningsregeling op de winder worden gerealiseerd om de kwaliteit van de afgewerkte winding te waarborgen. In de opener kan de frequentieomvormer worden gebruikt om het openen van de vezels te optimaliseren.   De snelheid van de transportband wordt aangepast om de verbinding met andere productielijnen doeltreffend te maken.
